There are 4 stages to apply for the MLSSM 1st Yr.
- Fill out and submit the application form.
- Pay the $25 application fee.
- Ask your Pastor to fill out the Pastoral Recommendation online form. (included in the application)
- Ask your friend to fill out the Personal Recommendation online form. (included in the application)

2nd Year
To apply for the MLSSM 2nd Yr.
1. Please submit the application form including:
-Questionnaire
-Pastoral recommendation
-Spiritual mentor reference
2. Pay the $25 application fee.
If you want to apply for 2nd Yr and did not complete 1st Yr at MLSSM, but have completed YWAM DTS, BSSM 1st Yr, etc. we'd love to connect with you and see where you might be able to connect into MLSSM.
